About Front Range Athletic Systems
FRAS is the umbrella for Athletics in a Box digital downloads, program guidance, and upcoming software for schools.
What FRAS is
Front Range Athletic Systems helps schools stand up and run athletics programs without reinventing the wheel. We focus on charter schools and small middle schools that need practical, Google-native systems — not fluff, and not equipment catalogs.
- Athletics in a Box — digital downloads: handbook, eligibility Forms & Sheets, parent comms, 8th-grade recognition, scheduling templates, Conference Starter Kit, and the complete bundle
- Start a Program — guidance for seasons, staffing, eligibility mindset, scheduling, and parent comms
- Digital tools — upcoming software subscriptions for eligibility, rosters, and scheduling
Our edge is MS/charter scale and Forms/Sheets that already work — productized from battle-tested school athletics workflows (no real student data on this site).
Leadership
Rob Carroll leads Front Range Athletic Systems. Day-to-day work is rooted in real school athletics operations — the kind of problems ADs and coaches actually face.
FRAS is its own brand and site. This site does not represent other education or PE brands.
